Reiki is a healing modality to shift and energise your energy field, it works in a gentle subtle way to align you, the energy comes from source with myself being the conduit to bring the energy forth through me to your body and goes where it is needed to heal.
Reiki session accompanied by gentle relaxing music, cool energy healing aims to relieve stress and promote relaxation and good health.
ABOUT YOUR SESSION
A reiki treatment will always begin with a consultation. We need to know how our client is feeling physically,mentally and emotionally and then we can explain the healing benefits of reiki for that particular client.
After the consultation the client is asked to lay on the therapy couch. The therapist will explain the whole process before beginning the treatment. The therapist will be holding her hands above the clients body channelling the universal energy ( the ki, the prana, the chi) into the chakras ( the body’s energy centres )
As the energy flows into the clients body, most people will feel some sensations such as the following. Hot, cold,tingling,heaviness,numbness or even aches and pains although these are rare. Remember that this energy only heals and can never cause harm. Most of our clients are asleep and snoring within minutes of starting the treatment! Most of them insist that they did not sleep but we tell them they were snoring !!
At the end of the treatment the therapist will give the client a feedback on the health of the chakras . The client also gives a feedback of how they felt during the treatment.
Further advice is given on possible follow up treatments. We keep in touch with our clients for a few days after the treatments so that we can support them during their detox.
With Distant Reiki you can be anywhere in the world to receive it and it is just as effective as an in person session.

One wonderful aspect of Distant Reiki is you can be anywhere to receive it and you never have to leave your home. Distance Reiki can be just as effective as experiencing one in person – the Reiki energy “works” regardless of where you are located since it transcends time and physical space. Having a session in the comfort of your own home can often times be more relaxing than spending time driving to get to the float centre! If you are considering having a Distance Reiki Session, here are a few steps you can take to get the most from your treatment.
The Distance Reiki technique is usually about 30 minutes long, but can continue longer if you like. We will schedule a time and date with you for the distance Reiki session. By setting up a specific time, you can be in a receptive state (such as lying down or meditating during the treatment.

Wherever you are in the world, you can follow these steps to help you prepare to receive the healing energy.
Treat this time like a meditation, or your yoga practice. If you enjoy baths, I would suggest enjoy a nice warm one before you lie down for your Reiki session, this helps get you into a wonderfully receptive state. Create a peaceful environment, whether that is going outside at work and finding a park bench in the sun, or sitting under a tree for 10-20 minutes.
If you’re at home, sit in your favourite meditation space, a beautiful spot in your backyard, or lie on your bed if you feel like a rest. Make the space comfortable with cushions and a blanket if needed, use your crystals, essential oils, or incense to create atmosphere.
