Cancellation policy

Any cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the appointment will not be charged.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hour you will incur a cancelation fee, it will be £21 for a face to face appointment and £11 for a distant healing session.

The cancelation fees cover costs, however you are able to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. 

 

This only applies to single sessions, if you book a package then you can cancel free of charge.
