RETURNS POLICY

Each item is made by hand, so your item is made when the order is placed.

We do not accept refunds we are happy to offer an exchange on the unused item.

Returns request must be received by Akello Studio within 14 days of purchase for United Kingdom customers and 30 days of purchase for international customers.
